Quadrum transfers shares of Inventflow to co-shareholder

Almelo, 5 July 2023 - Quadrum Capital is transferring its shares in Inventflow to its co-shareholder. Inventflow is the Benelux pump specialist, from optimal pump selection to services in its digital platform. Inventflow has been part of Quadrum Investment Fund I since 2016, during that time it has become a leading player in its segment in the Benelux.
Inventflow is your partner for an expert overhaul of a pump to the maintenance of complete ranges of pumps. Inventflow also helps you by providing preventive, corrective and predicative maintenance, focusing on a sustainable and optimally performing production process. Inventflow has a strong position in the Benelux and is located in Almelo, The Netherlands.
Inventflow was founded in 2008 and it has since become clear that succession can take place within the family of our co-shareholder. For this reason, Quadrum has honoured the family's wish to transfer the shares it holds to the co-shareholder.
