GoodtobeBetter, Fincade and STRADIS continue as The Trainee Company

Majority stake Quadrum Capital The Trainee Company was created through an investment from investment firm Quadrum Capital. Quadrum Capital holds a majority stake and is working with the founders and management to enable the further growth of The Trainee Company. The Trainee Company consists of over 200 employees and trainees and aims to become the trainee company of the Netherlands when it comes to building bridges between graduation and the start of a successful career. Because The Trainee Company focuses purely on trainees, it knows exactly what this target group needs in terms of guidance and training. An intensive process that requires expertise and is often difficult for employers to set up, while the demand for young talent is constantly rising.

More traineeships Martijn Blok, CEO of The Trainee Company, says regarding the merger: "For years, we have been successful in training trainees from our traineeships focused on Business & IT, Healthcare and Finance & Control. As a trainer of young talent, we see the potential and almost the need to expand this role in the labour market and organise traineeships for other specialisations. For instance, we already do a lot in the field of data and will realise a new traineeship for this in the near future. We have ambitious growth plans for the coming years and the scale we are creating with this will allow us to be even more successful for both employers and trainees."

Growing niche With its participation in The Trainee Company, Quadrum Capital further expands its presence in the Human Capital domain. Managed Services In addition to traineeships, STRADIS also continues to offer Managed Services under the umbrella of The Trainee Company. With this service, The Trainee Company offers workplace management, network management and system administration, among others.
